Synopsis
Summary Sometimes a family member can be a blessing. Well at times, he or she could be a curse. Annabelle Siromani moved to America with her parents when she was sixteen years old. They moved to America because of the constant problems her maternal aunt gave her family due to her obsession with Anna's father. She was forced to move to a new place with her family, away from her home, Pakistan. They had to get away from her deranged aunt as she left no stone unturned to ruin their lives. Follow Anna in her story as she finds out how difficult adjustment is in a new place.

This story has a strong opening and it keeps getting better chapter by chapter. Several scenes were genuinely touching, and a few plot turns caught me completely off guard. I am genuinely looking forward to the next chapters and seeing where this story goes.
I usually skip long novels, but this one kept my attention all the way through. What I like most is the pacing: quiet moments, tension, and twists are balanced very well. Overall, this is a memorable read with strong emotions and a lot of replay value.
